Menu planning is not just about choosing dishes but also adhering to scientific principles to avoid postprandial spikes or excessive hypoglycemia.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Dung will present the golden principles: dividing meals throughout the day (3 main meals, 2-3 snacks), reasonable energy distribution, and portion control.

The lesson also guides how to monitor the body's reaction after each meal to adjust the menu appropriately for each individual.
